  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg white and water until frothy (not stiff). Add nuts. Stir until coated. Sift together sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add nuts.

    Stir until all are coated.

    Pour onto a large cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Stir once midway.
