- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 lb. nuts
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Whip the first 3 ingredients until frothy, but not stiff. Stir the nuts (all at one time) into the egg white mix.

2In another bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt.

3Mix in nuts and stir until all are completely covered with mixture. Bake on buttered pan for about 1 hour at 250°.

4Cool and enjoy. If they stick together, simply break apart.
