Spiced Pan-Fried Dory

- 2 frozen dory fillets, defrosted (Cream dory preferred)
- 1 tablespoon margarine, may can replace it with olive or 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup lemon juice (optional)
Directions

1Melt margarine on its own in a small bowl.

2Marinate Dory fillets in a large bowl with salt, crushed red peppers and ground black peppers.

3Stir in melted margarine in your marinated fillets and leave it for about 3-5mins.

4Heat the frying pan. DO NOT ADD IN OIL, we have enough margarine from the marinate.

5Fry your marinated dory fillets in the pan. 5mins for each side on medium fire.

6Serve it on your plate and squeeze some lemon juice over it.
