  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 8 canned unsweetened peach halves
  • 1 c. juice (from the peaches)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. whole cloves

Directions

    Combine the vinegar, the juice from the peaches, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.

    Boil until reduced by about half.

    Remove the spices.

    Stick the cloves into the peach halves and pour the syrup over peaches.

    Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
