  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tsp. whole cloves

    Combine peach juice, sugar, vinegar and spices.

    Boil over low heat for 10 minutes.

    Pour hot syrup over peach halves.
