- 4 qt. peaches
- 2 lb. white sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 oz. stick cinnamon
- 1/4 oz. whole cloves
Directions

1Dip peaches quickly in hot water and remove skins.

2Boil sugar, vinegar and spices for 20 minutes.

3Place a few peaches at a time in syrup and cook until tender for canning.

4Pack in clean hot jars.

5Fill jars with hot syrup.

6Adjust lids and seal immediately.

7Process in hot water bath.
