- 3 whole Ripe Pears
- 1/2 teaspoons Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly butter a round baking dish.

2In a large bowl, toss pears with the spices. Add to the baking dish.

3Mix together flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut butter in small pieces and add to the mixture. Spread oat mixture evenly over the pears.

4Bake until fruit is tender, juices are bubbly and topping is crisp, about 35 minutes.
