- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Beat egg white and water together until foamy, but not stiff. Pour in pecans and stir until all are well moistened.

2Add mixture of sugar, salt and cinnamon to the pecans and stir until pecans are coated.

3Place on cookie sheet and bake at 300° for 45 minutes.

4Stir every 15 minutes.

5Cool on waxed paper.
