  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp. water
  • 2 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves, ground
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Add water to egg white and stir. Add pecan halves. Mix dry ingredients and put in large zip lock bag. Add pecans and shake well. Put on greased cookie sheet (pan with sides). Bake at 300° for 20-21 minutes. Stir twice.
