- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar (1/2 to 3/4)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 lb. nuts
Directions

1Beat egg white and water until frothy.

2Add nuts and mix lightly.

3Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon and toss with nuts.

4Mix thoroughly and spread evenly on a cookie sheet.

5Bake at 225° for 1 hour; turn occasionally.

6Cool.
