  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. cold water
  • 1/2 c. sugar (1/2 to 3/4)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 lb. nuts

Directions

    Beat egg white and water until frothy.

    Add nuts and mix lightly.

    Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon and toss with nuts.

    Mix thoroughly and spread evenly on a cookie sheet.

    Bake at 225° for 1 hour; turn occasionally.

    Cool.
