  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. pecans

Directions

    Mix sugar, water, spices and salt.

    Bring to a boil and cook without stirring until mixture spins a thread (236°).

    Remove from heat; add pecans, stir vigorously until a solid mass is formed. Separate each nut from mass, while still hot, with a fork.

    Store in covered container
