  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine

Directions

    Whip egg whites until frothy. Add water, sugar and cinnamon. In a 9 x 12-inch cake pan, melt the butter or margarine. Pour pecans in egg white mixture; stir well and then pour into pan. Bake at 250° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
