- 8 medium tangerines
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 14 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 lb cooked ham, 4 slices
Directions

1Squeeze juice from six of the tangerines.

2Strain the pulp.

3Segment remaining tangerines.

4Set aside.

5In small bowl, combine cornstarch and tangerine juice until smooth.

6Stir in honey, ginger and cloves in non stick skillet with non stick cooking spray.

7Brown ham slices on both sides.

8Remove and keep warm.

9Stir in tangerine juice and add to skillet.

10Bring to a boil and cook and stir for two minutes or until thickened.

11Stir in the segments, heat through.

12Serve over the ham.
