Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 34 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt

    Preheat oven to 325F

    Heat oil and butter in sauce pan on stove.

    Add remaining ingredients except nuts and salt.

    Blend well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

    Add nuts and toss to coat well and evenly.

    Spread on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, shaking a couple times.

    Salt the nuts.

    Let cool.
