- 13 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup jalapeno pepper cheese, shredded
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup diced cooked ham or 1 cup crumbled bacon
- 12 cup half-and-half
- 2 eggs
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Press thawed hashbrowns between paper towels to remove moisture.

2Pat hashbrowns into greased 10-inch pie plate, forming a crust.
