- 2 (10 ounce) cans salted cashews
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 14-12 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute cashews in butter and oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.

2Spread on a paper towel lined baking sheet and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.

3Transfer to a large bowl.

4Sprinkle with salt, chili powder and pepper flakes then toss to coat.

5Store in an airtight container.
