  • 2 (10 ounce) cans salted cashews
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 14-12 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

    In a large skillet, saute cashews in butter and oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.

    Spread on a paper towel lined baking sheet and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Transfer to a large bowl.

    Sprinkle with salt, chili powder and pepper flakes then toss to coat.
