- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. hot sausage
Directions

1Melt cheeses in top of double boiler.

2Cook sausage in skillet until brown and crumbly; drain.

3Mix cheeses and sausage together. Pour into well-greased Bundt or ring mold.

4Chill until firm. Unmold onto serving platter.
