  • 1 pint good quality chicken stock or 1 pint vegetable stock
  • 1 can tinned chopped tomato
  • little harissa or chopped chili (according to taste)
  • black pepper
  • garlic
  • herbs

Directions

    lay the chicken breasts in an oven dish.

    Make up the stock powder.

    Add the stock and tomatoes to the chicken breasts and the seasonings.

    bake until cooked.

    200oc/400oF serve with anything that mops up the gravy Cous Cous, megadara or mash potato.
