Ingredients
- 4 red onions chopped
- 4 green capsicum chopped
- 10 green chillies chopped if you eat less spicy than 6 would do.
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium chicken cut into pieces
- 4 bay leaves
- 6 green onions chopped
- 3 1/2 cup boiled rice
- 1/2 salt
- 1 sprinkle some dark soy sauce
Directions

1First add olive oil in a wok or your desired utensils.

2Than add red onions, capsicum, chillies, chicken pieces and bay leaves.

3Than add salt and mix it all.

4Than cover it for half and hour than check the chicken.

5Once the chicken is cooked add soy sauce and than mix it up.

6Than add boiled rice and mix it all.

7Than taste if the salt is less than add it and also check the soy sauce.

8Cover it again for 15 mins than open and add green onions and switch off the stove.

9Eat it warm with your desired salad.
