Ingredients

  • 4 red onions chopped
  • 4 green capsicum chopped
  • 10 green chillies chopped if you eat less spicy than 6 would do.
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 medium chicken cut into pieces
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 6 green onions chopped
  • 3 1/2 cup boiled rice
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1 sprinkle some dark soy sauce

Directions

    First add olive oil in a wok or your desired utensils.

    Than add red onions, capsicum, chillies, chicken pieces and bay leaves.

    Than add salt and mix it all.

    Than cover it for half and hour than check the chicken.

    Once the chicken is cooked add soy sauce and than mix it up.

    Than add boiled rice and mix it all.

    Than taste if the salt is less than add it and also check the soy sauce.

    Cover it again for 15 mins than open and add green onions and switch off the stove.

    Eat it warm with your desired salad.
