Spicy Corn

  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 2 boxes Shoepeg Corn In Butter Sauce
  • 1 can Ro*tel Tomatoes
  • 1 package Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1 carton Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

    Cook bacon until crispy. Let cool and crumble into pieces. Chop onion and saute in a small amount of the bacon grease.

    In a medium saucepan, add thawed corn, onion, bacon, Rotel ( I use mild so that everyone can eat it), and Italian dressing mix. Add whipping cream and stir the mixture together. Heat thoroughly and serve.

    You can also use fresh corn. Just add a stick of butter to the mix.
