  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. celery, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. spicy seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten

    Combine first nine ingredients and mix well.

    Fry in 375° oil until golden. Serve with cocktail sauce.
