  • 1 (10 to 12 lb.) turkey
  • 1 c. Tony Chachere seasoning
  • 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. white wine
  • 1/2 c. Bull's hot sauce
  • 1/2 c. seasoning salt
  • 1 c. applesauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except applesauce.

    Inject into bird with a cooking syringe.

    Let set overnight in refrigerator.

    Before cooking, rub applesauce over turkey.

    In large fish fryer, heat peanut oil to 325° to 350°.

    Drop whole turkey into hot oil.

    Cook 3 minutes per pound.
