- 1 (10 to 12 lb.) turkey
- 1 c. Tony Chachere seasoning
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. Bull's hot sauce
- 1/2 c. seasoning salt
- 1 c. applesauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except applesauce.

2Inject into bird with a cooking syringe.

3Let set overnight in refrigerator.

4Before cooking, rub applesauce over turkey.

5In large fish fryer, heat peanut oil to 325° to 350°.

6Drop whole turkey into hot oil.

7Cook 3 minutes per pound.
