Spicy Lime Potatoes

  • 2 whole Yellow Potatoes (you Can Also Use Russet Potatoes)
  • 2 pieces Chile Serrano (found In Any Supermarket)
  • 1/2 cups Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • Salt And Pepper

Directions

    1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite size squares. Cook them in boiling water until fully cooked.

    2. Mince chile serrano. You can remove the seeds if you want it less spicy. Combine with lime juice. Reserve.

    3. Prepare a hot pan with a little bit of oil and place potato squares until they are browned.

    4. When potatoes are ready, lower the heat and add the lime juice/serrano to the pan.

    5. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
