  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. bouillon
  • 1 tsp. ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp. each ground mace and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery leaves
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Saute meat, onion and garlic in large skillet.

    Mix cornstarch and water; stir in gradually.

    Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 10 minutes.
