  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. bouillon
  • 1 tsp. ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mace
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 3/4 c. celery leaves
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water

    Saute meat, onion and garlic in large skillet.

    Mix cornstarch and water; stir in gradually.

    Bring to boil and reduce heat.

    Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Put into 8-inch pie crust and bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
