  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium tamari
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup whole almond
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup raw peanuts

    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

    When oil is hot, add garlic and saute until softened, about 10 seconds.

    Add soy saucy, cumin, curry powder, red-pepper flakes, and chili powder.
