- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium tamari
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 dash red pepper flakes
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup whole almond
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup raw peanuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

3When oil is hot, add garlic and saute until softened, about 10 seconds.

4Add soy saucy, cumin, curry powder, red-pepper flakes, and chili powder.

6Add mixed nuts and stir until thoroughly coated with spices.

7Transfer nut mix to a baking sheet.

8Bake 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently to bake evenly.
