- 1 1/2 c. dry mustard
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. sugar

1Combine vinegar and dry mustard;

2allow to stand overnight. Pour into blender.

3Add eggs and sugar;

4blend well, then cook in double boiler until thick.

5Refrigerate.

6Makes approximately 24 ounces.
