- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 14 teaspoon salt

1Mix vinegar and dry mustard.

2Let sit overnight, covered, at room temperature.

3Beat eggs with sugar.

4Add to mustard mixture.

5Add 1/4 teaspoons salt.

6Bring to a slow boil.

7Cook until thickened.

8Pour into a air tight container and store in the refrigerator.
