  • 1/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 6 to 8 large potatoes

    Peel and slice potatoes.

    In a large gallon bag, empty Lipton soup mix and oil.

    Place a few potatoes at a time and shake to coat well.

    Place in baking dish, cover and bake in a 400° oven for 45 minutes or until done.
