Ingredients
- 2 Large Potatoes, peeled, washed and cut in 1 inch cubes.
- 2 Tbsp veg oil.
- 1 tsp cumin seeds.
- 1 Tbsp Ginger, Garlic and Turmeric (fresh) Paste.
- 4 Fresh hot green chillies chopped.
- 2 tsp kosher salt.
- 6 grape tomatoes (sliced in Half)
- 1 Tbsp Pav Bhaji National Brand Masala
Directions

1Boil potatoes in a large enough pot.

2Add 1 tsp salt to water.

3Boil uncovered until potatoes are fork tender.

4Drain and put aside.

5Heat 2 Tbsp OIL in pot.

6Add cumin seeds, cook 2 minutes.

7Add ginger, garlic and turmeric paste.

8Cook 1 minute.

9Add potatoes, Masala and 1 tsp kosher salt.

10Add chillies.

11Add a little water and mix well.

12Cook 10 minutes on low heat.

13Top with fresh cilantro, tomatoes and serve.
