- 2 or 3 lb. roast
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 4 to 6 potatoes, quartered
- 1 large onion
- 6 to 7 strips bacon
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 to 3 carrots, quartered
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Rub garlic over roast.

2Put bacon on roast.

3Mix flour, cumin and pepper in large roasting bag.

4Add roast and vegetables along with water.

5Cut holes in bag (1/2-inch slits in top).

6Place in shallow roasting pan.

7Bake at 350° for 25 or 30 minutes per pound.
