  • 1 lb. POLLY-O Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, finely chopped
  • 2 ready-to-use baked pizza crusts (12 inch)
  • 1 cup POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 lb. Italian sausage, cooked, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 3 cups tightly packed arugula, torn

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Sprinkle mozzarella over pizza crusts to within 1/2 inch of edges.

    Top with tablespoonfuls of the ricotta, then sausage.
