- 1 lb. POLLY-O Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, finely chopped
- 2 ready-to-use baked pizza crusts (12 inch)
- 1 cup POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 lb. Italian sausage, cooked, drained
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 3 cups tightly packed arugula, torn
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Sprinkle mozzarella over pizza crusts to within 1/2 inch of edges.

3Top with tablespoonfuls of the ricotta, then sausage.

4Place crusts on baking sheets.
