  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

    Cut cabbage in 4 quarters; then slice each quarter into 1/2-inch slices.

    Cut up green pepper and onion.

    Add about 3/4 cup water, cover and cook on medium burner for 15 minutes.
