Spiked Watermelon Pops

- 0.5 (3 lb) watermelon, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 14 cup sugar
- 34 cup watermelon vodka (70 proof)
- 12 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
Directions

1In a blender, combine the watermelon, sugar, and vodka.

2Blend until the mixture is smooth.

3Add the mint and pulse once to combine.

4Pour the mixture into the pop molds.

5Insert the wooden sticks all the way down the inside the molds.

6Freeze for at least 10 hours or preferably overnight.

7To unfreeze the ice pops, insert the molds in hot water for 5 to 10 seconds.

8Serve immediately.
