Spinach 24 Hour Salad

Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach, torn to bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
  • Lettuce, any kind, torn in bite-sized pieces
  • Purple onion, sliced, (optional)
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, don't thaw, put in strainer and rinse
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In glass bowl, layer spinach, bacon, eggs, lettuce, onion, and peas.

    In separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Miracle Whip. Spread over peas.

    Then sprinkle cheese on top.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
