- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/5 cups shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese (about 6 oz.)
- 1 package Knorr recipe classics vegetable soup, dip recipe mix
- 1 can (14 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

2In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
