- 1 dozen eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
- 1/2 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. bacon bits
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2Scoop out yolks into a small mixing bowl and mash with a fork.

3Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

4Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves.

5Chill until ready to serve.
