- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 3/4 c. softened butter
- 1 raw onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2With wet hands, roll into small balls.

3Freeze separated on a cookie sheet for 1 hour.

4Put in a Baggie.

5Bake frozen for 25 minutes at 375°.

6Makes 80 balls.
