  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 3/4 c. softened butter
  • 1 raw onion, finely chopped

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    With wet hands, roll into small balls.

    Freeze separated on a cookie sheet for 1 hour.

    Put in a Baggie.

    Bake frozen for 25 minutes at 375°.

    Makes 80 balls.
