  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Form into balls and freeze 1/2 hour before baking.

    Take out of freezer.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
