Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme
  • 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Slightly cook spinach and drain well (no salt added).

    Mix all ingredients and chill.

    Form into balls approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

    (Balls can also be frozen.)

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or 350° for 35 minutes if frozen.

    Makes 50 to 60 balls.
