- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing cubes
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Defrost spinach and squeeze out liquid.

2Blot on paper towel (do this early).

3Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

4Roll into bite sized balls.

5Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Serve hot.

7Makes about 80 spinach balls.

8All or any part may be frozen.
