  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach.

    Squeeze out excess water.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Freeze on cookie sheet. After frozen, put in plastic bag.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, will not brown.
