  • 2 lb. Chopped frozen spinach
  • 3 c. Herb Pepperidge farm seasoned croutons
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Thyme
  • 3/4 c. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions

    Cook the spinach and drain well. Mix all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour. Make meatball size balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325°f. 160°c. gas mark 3 for 15-20 minutes.
