Spinach Balls

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 6 eggs (I use 4)
  • 1/2 c. very soft butter
  • 3 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Drain spinach thoroughly.

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Form into balls.

    Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
