Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (crumb)
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 large onions, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and form into small balls.

    Place on a cookie sheet and freeze them on the cookie sheet, then place in freezer bags.

    Cook on ungreased cookie sheet at 375° for 20 minutes.
