  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 2 c. herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • garlic, salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Chill 2 hours; roll into teaspoon-size balls.

    Bake at 350° on cookie sheet for 20 minutes.
