  • 2 boxes chopped frozen spinach, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag soft bread cubes
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and add to cooled spinach. Refrigerate for 5 to 8 hours or overnight.

    Shape into balls. Bake at 350° on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes.

    Turn 1/2 way through baking.
