- 20 oz. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 small onion
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. dressing mix (seasoned)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach; set aside.

2Saute onion in margarine. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix in onion and spinach. Refrigerate.

3Roll into balls.

4Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.

5Can be frozen before or after baking.
