  • 3 boxes chopped spinach
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 8 oz. (3 c.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

    Boil spinach; drain well.

    Beat eggs.

    Add spinach and onions. Add all seasonings and butter; stir well.

    Add stuffing mix; mix well.

    Shape into balls.

    Put on cookie sheet and freeze until hard.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
