Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Directions

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

    Chill 1/2 hour. Make small balls.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 350° on a greased cookie sheet.

    Do not allow to brown.

    May be frozen and then baked.
